Returns

Because these are temperature-controlled research materials whose integrity depends on an unbroken cold chain, the returns policy is necessarily limited. The outline below sets out how issues are intended to be resolved.
Limited returns
Once a temperature-controlled material has left our custody, its storage conditions can no longer be assured. For this reason, returns are expected to be limited, and general change-of-mind returns are not anticipated to be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect lots
If a shipment arrives damaged, or if the lot received does not match the lot ordered, a resolution process will be provided. The intended flow is to document the issue with the batch number and photographs, and to arrange a replacement or credit where appropriate. Specific timelines and eligibility will appear in the published version.
