Research materials are temperature-sensitive, so shipping is handled as a cold-chain process. The outline below reflects how orders are intended to be packed and dispatched once the store is live.

Cold chain

Where a material requires refrigeration, it is intended to ship within a 2–8 °C cold chain. Items are supplied lyophilized where applicable and packed with insulated packaging to hold temperature in transit.

Lot-controlled dispatch

Shipments are intended to be lot-controlled, so each package can be traced to its batch number. Packaging is plain and discreet, with no product description on the exterior.

Destinations

Shipping to the EU and to selected international destinations is planned. Available regions and any local restrictions will be listed here in the published version.

Timeframes

Typical handling and transit times will be stated here once carrier arrangements are finalized. This placeholder does not commit to a specific delivery window.

Dispatch and payment

For bank transfers, orders are intended to ship after funds clear. Preview checkout — payments are not yet live. No charge is made and no order is placed.
