These terms will govern the sale of research materials by pept.market to qualified researchers. By using this preview you acknowledge that no live transaction is possible and that the definitive terms will be published before any order can be placed.

Research use only

All materials are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research by qualified professionals. They are not sold, offered, or described for human or animal consumption, and nothing on this site constitutes a claim of therapeutic or clinical use.

Eligibility

Purchasers must be of legal age (at least 18 years old, or 21+ where required by law) and must be acquiring materials as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a qualified research institution. Placing an order will require confirming these conditions.

Acceptable use

Materials are supplied for in-vitro research use only. Any use for human or veterinary application, resale for consumption, or reformulation for administration is prohibited and outside the scope of this sale.

No warranties beyond those stated

Except for any specifications explicitly stated on a product record, materials are provided as-is for research purposes. The final terms will set out the limited representations that apply and disclaim all others to the extent permitted by law.
